True, it is hard to decipher any outcome from this. Since he is inebriated, it could be that his drunken stupor portrays you as beautiful, or that he always liked you but the alcohol needed to help him say it to you. I'm afraid there is no right answer to this question.Need advice about a guy?

it depends. He could just be horny or on the other hand he could love you and be horny as well you decide.
more than likely yes. he has probablly put u up on a pedestal and was afraid of getting regected. getting regected when you're drunk is alot easier to handle.
i always get drunk cos i wanna tell the guy i like that i like him but then i get carried away and get too drunk..
