hi i am a coustomer at brighthouse and i am a single parent ive fell behind with my payments now they want 190 pounds off me thats all the money i receive i got 7 items off them but my ex partner took 6 of them i dont know wat to do they want this money 2morrow or their stuff back but i havent got any off the stuff other then my sofaAdvice about bright house?
Sadly it doesn't matter whether you've got the items or not
If you were the one that bought the 7 items, then you are the person who'll have to pay for them
Maybe ask your ex for help in paying for them if he's got 6 of them
or else tell him you need him to return the 6 items
Be advised - Never go near Bright House ever again
All they are interested in is making huge amounts of money ,and making misery for them by scamming vulnerable people like yourselfAdvice about bright house?
this company is known to be firm shall we say regarding late or missed payments. Contact the Citizens Advice and ask them to deal with them for you
they'll take the sofa back and bill you for the 6 other items huni, either get them back or you'll have to pay for the lot.. if youve not got the money they will get the bailiffs involved.. sorry this aint what ya want to hear but that's what will happen
